I Think My Child Needs Early Intervention (EI)
You can begin the registration process by filling out the form provided on the webpage below. A child must be under three years of age and have a disability or developmental delay to be eligible. Then follows:
- Referral for EI
- Creation of Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) specific to the child and family

A transition plan is developed for each child leaving EI that includes:
- Evaluation of present abilities
- Special education services provided to eligible children
