He is a graduate of Indiana University and recently attended Fortune Builders, the training organization for real estate investors in the US, to find out how to turn his business into one of the best in the industry.
His Inspiration
Winenger believes in the importance of three things: courage, confidence, and conviction. It’s easy to be afraid when you start a business and when the going gets tough. “My parents instilled all the right things in me from an early age that gave me the confidence to know I can do anything I set my mind to. That will get you through any challenges in life,” Winenger says.
Building a Business
Their first rehab property, one that he oversaw from start to finish, has made him realized how satisfying a job well done could be. For him, finding the right people to work with is essential, as they’ll be with you every step of the way. He works hard to achieve the company’s goals and looks at every job with his partners as an opportunity to do what he loves while helping other people. He doesn’t get tired of finding ways to improve and enjoys the challenge of bringing his business closer to his customers.
