New Condos for Sale in San Francisco might not seem suited to everyone. However there are some less obvious benefits to owning a condo that might make them more appealing to you.

Security

Life in a condo offers a more secure living situation than living in a house. Because most are at least a few floors up it makes breaking in through windows and doors much more challenging. As well condos have security in place to help keep intruders out of the building. Many have doormen or security guards and all have a coded entry that makes it difficult to enter as well. There is usually a screening process for allowing guests to enter from a phone up line with buzzer to actual closed circuit television.

Amenities

At first glance amenities might not seem like such a big deal but there are many benefits to having them. Some buildings have a party room ideal for larger parties you might want to throw for family and friends. A pool and spa moments from your home is a bonus most people would find irresistible allowing for easy work outs, relaxing massages and a cool dip after a long day at work . You can have all of this without having to worry about hiring a pool cleaner. Many condos even have outdoor areas, dog runs and common areas such as games rooms or outdoor barbecues. All of these things make living in a condo more like staying at a luxury hotel.

Ample Parking

If you have ever tried to find parking in just about any city you know private parking is an excellent benefit. Most condos also provide guest parking which makes entertaining a little easier. You no longer have to worry about people walking a mile to get to your home because they could only find a parking spot five blocks away.

Additional Storage Space

Many condos provide a storage space somewhere in the building perfect to store anything you don’t need to have in your home. This can save money in renting a space and can also be great to keep bikes, sporting equipment, camping gear and other larger items you might use intermittently such as a fold up table and chairs for entertaining.
