After learning about a trade show, you decide that you want to participate. In order to attract the attention of those who are walking around the venue, you need to design a display that showcases what your business is about. It should clearly state the name of your company as well as contact information so that guests can speak with you more in the future. When making custom exhibit displays, try to use colors that are easy to see and fonts that are easy to read. Although the fancy details might make you happy, they likely won’t be received very well by those who pass by your booth because they might not be able to read the information.

Create a theme for your display that shows what your business is about. An example would be items for a pet if you own a pet store or work with animals. Audio or video materials can make your display stand out from others in a way that’s professional and exciting. As you begin making custom exhibit displays, consider adding a few lights and sound effects that are associated with your business in order to attract more people who want to see what your display is about.

Offer guests a free sample of products that you sell or even a small cup of coffee. You could also make small bags with some of the smaller items associated with your business for people to take home. If you decide to play music with your display, make sure it’s something that people will want to hear instead of something that’s too loud or too boring. Scents are good to have on hand as many people are attracted to smells instead of visual displays. Promotional items and raffles are good to offer as well as they can be designed to have your business name and contact information on them.
