They want pools, fitness centers, rooftop terraces, and all the other luxuries that a condo building can provide. You may be able to install a pool in your home, but it will get expensive fast.
Do What You Want
Owning a house allows you to do whatever you want to the inside and usually to the outside, as well. With a condo, you can usually do what you want on the inside, within reason, but can’t do anything outside.
